Custom Metal Products (CMP) is a prototyping, R&D, short run and production machine shop dedicated to the design and manufacture of metal and plastic components. We specialize in machining on castings, moldings, extrusions and hard to hold shapes. Above all, we pay strict attention to detail and accuracy.

Education and Experience

Our combination of education and experience allows CMP to engineer and machine one of a kind mechanisms that many other shops cannot manufacture.
Jacob Burke is a manufacturing engineer specializing in computer-integrated manufacturing and metallurgy. He has an extraordinary understanding of materials and machining.

 John Pesce is an electrical engineer as well as a chemical engineer. He has 20 years experience in prototype engineering, and can incorporate electronics, fluid flow and thermal design into the development and production of the final design.
